New ADC Office Complex Inaugurated in Tamlu to Boost Governance in Longleng

KOHIMA — In a significant step toward bolstering grassroots governance, Kudecho Khamo, Advisor for the Civil Administration Works Division (CAWD), officially inaugurated the newly constructed Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Office Complex at Tamlu within the Longleng district on Friday.
The infrastructural milestone addresses long-standing logistical challenges in the region, providing a modernized base of operations designed to decentralize bureaucratic functions and bring essential government services closer to remote populations.
According to reports by the Nagaland Post, the inauguration ceremony drew prominent local dignitaries and community stakeholders who lauded the successful completion of the facility as a vital asset for regional development and administrative efficiency.
Moving forward, district authorities plan to transition full departmental operations into the new complex, a move expected to expedite public grievance redressal and catalyze socio-economic progress throughout the Tamlu sub-division.
